The first decade of the month will be stable with little precipitation. The average monthly temperature in Baku and Absheron will be + 19 + 24 degrees. Sometimes it will be + 26 + 29 degrees, which is higher than the climatic norm.
The average monthly precipitation level will correspond to the climatic norm, but in several places it will be higher and amount to 17-23 mm. -03D-
