Azerbaijanis Human Rights Activists Hold Rally in Bern
A group of Azerbaijani Diaspora in Europe, representing the International Association for Law and Justice, held a protest in Bern on June 30 against human rights abuses and corruption in Azerbaijan.
The rally's resolution identifies "total falsification of the presidential, parliamentary and municipal elections". Basic civil rights and liberties are not provided in Azerbaijan, and protesting people are subjected to police pressure. The protesters also demanded an end to the misuse of the budget funds by the officials and other cases of corruption. -03D-
