Baku / 22.07.17 / Turan: As a result of a road accident in the Lankaran region, a serviceman of the Border Troops was killed, and his colleague was injured.
The accident occurred on April 21 near the village of Shovu, Lankaran region, on the Lankaran-Lerik highway section. The car of the UAZ brand of the border troops left the road and hit a tree.
Elchin Abdullayev, a border guard officer who was in the car, was hospitalized in the Lankaran central hospital. However, doctors could not save his life. Another border guard was injured. The fact is under investigation, a source in law enforcement agencies said. -06D--
