Candidate Announces “Carousel” in Municipal Elections
Baku / 23.12.19 / Turan: At the fifth polling station of the 29th Sabail district, a group of people is re-launched to vote on municipal elections. This was reported by a youth activist running for the district, Elgiz Gahraman.
“A woman who checks with special marking ink from voters several times passes the same group of people for voting. Seeing that I noticed the violation, she stopped doing it,” Gahraman said.
Jahangir Mammadov, the chairman of the district election commission of the 29th Sabail constituency, told Turan that the issue was investigated and the information was not confirmed.
“I watched this site on a webcam. This message is provocative,” Mammadov said. —06D-
