Car Rented in Germany Appears in Azerbaijan
Baku / 10.16.18 / Turan: Customs officers found a car stolen in Germany. Based on the operational information received by the State Customs Committee Investigation Department for Excise Goods, a Mercedes-Benz E 220 car belonging to the Azerbaijani citizen Babek Nazarov was detained.
During the inspection, there were suspicions about the authenticity of the documents of the 2018 vehicle with registration number MDS 5062 and chassis number WDD2130041A514487.
During the investigation, it was established that the car belongs to the company Sixt Gmbh & Co from Munich, which is engaged in the rental of vehicles, the State Customs Committee said.
It is assumed that the car was rented and then transported to Azerbaijan. -06D--
