So, when checking the luggage of a Turkish citizen before the Baku-Istanbul flight, the customs officers noticed a "suspicious object". The passenger stated there were no items to be declared in the luggage. However, when checking the baggage, $ 17,700 was found in a package for wet napkins. On January 7, President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree increasing the salaries of employees in several organizations funded by the state budget.
