City Hall Released List of Streets with Prohibited Parking
In order to correct the problem of traffic jams in the city center, a letter warning about parking in prohibited areas has been issued to public and private institutions. According to the City Hall, the letter declares the ban on parking vehicles on roadsides and sidewalks of the following streets and avenues: Neftchilar; G. Safaraliev; U. Hajibekov (around Government House); Istiglaliyat (Youth Square); Aziz Aliyev; Azerbaijan; Ahmed Javaad; Bulbul; R. Behbudov; Azadlig, May 28; Khagani; Khagani Square (former January 9), Nizami, Fizuli Circle; Sh. Gurbanov; in front of the Nizami subway; J. Jabbarli, at the intersection of Z. Ahmadbayov and A. Huseynzadeh; S. Badalbeyli; Samad Vurgun; and T.A. Aliyev.
The Metropolitan Municipality encourages motorists to park on the new underground car parks in the city center. Otherwise, for illegal parking, motorists will be punished by administrative means. -16D04-

Information about the explosion on 8th Transverse Street was reported to TƏBIB (the Association for the Management of Territorial Medical Units) on October 7 at around 1:50 PM. Four ambulance teams were dispatched to the scene. The injured included three adult men and two women, all of whom were hospitalized in facilities managed by TƏBIB. The condition of one person is assessed as critical, one as severe, two as moderate, and two as satisfactory.

Local sources confirmed on Sunday that the restoration of the historic Kazanchi Church, located on a hilltop in the culturally significant city of Shusha, has been completed. Despite the apparent completion of the restoration project, Azerbaijan's Ministry of Culture has yet to release an official statement regarding the work.
