Civil society activists condemn dispersal of the rally in the shopping center "Bina"
NGO Coalition «SeDEP» condemned the dispersal of tenant of shops at “Bina” shopping center.
The statement of the coalition says that entrepreneurs are protesting against rent increases and the establishment of cash registers. It is noted that the cash registers have not been approved by the Department of Audit of the Ministry of Taxes. That's why traders do not use them. They said they did not break the law, and do not intend to pay the fines.
In response, the management of the shopping center "Bina" threatened the enforcement of penalties. The protest action of entrepreneurs on January 19, was brutally suppressed, more than 100 people were detained.
«SeDEP» condemns unreasonable demands of the leadership of “Bina” shopping center and the brutal dispersal of the protest. Such actions cause damage to the development of free business in the country.
