Collapse on Binagadi-Novkhany Road
Baku / 09.28.19 / Turan: As a result of an accident at the water supply system, a collapse occurred on the Binagadi-Novkhany highway. A pit with a diameter of 5 meters arose on the road, the State Highway Agency said.
Azersu OJSC confirmed the information about the accident at the water supply system and reported on the measures taken to eliminate its consequences.
This is not the first time the road has sagged on the Baku-Binagadi highway. On August 2, 2017, President Ilham Aliyev attended the opening of the Binagadi-Novkhany-Jorat highway after reconstruction. Two weeks later, on August 17, a road collapse occurred on the 11-kilometer highway. Then a water accident was called the cause of the subsidence of the road. -06D--
