Court of Appeal drew up a protocol against Bakhtiyar Hajiyev
Baku/05.07.22/Turan: On July 5, a protocol was drawn up in the Baku Court of Appeal against activist Bakhtiyar Hajiyev. The reason for this was a dispute between Gadzhiev and the judiciary, who refused to satisfy the activist's complaint against the decision of the Yasamal court.
“I complained about insults in my address, but the judge refused. Then I told them: let what is said about me in social networks concern your families,” said Hajiyev. Then the protocol was drawn up against him and sent to the Investigation Department of the Ministry of Justice to bring the activist to justice.
The talk is about the statements of the journalist Ulviya Alovlu, which were regarded by Hajiyev as an insult. --03B--
