Court of Appeal leaves H.Ismaylova in custody
Today at Baku Appeal Court chaired Mirpasha Huseynov was considered the complaint investigative journalist Khadija Ismailova to extend the arrest. Told Turan lawyer Yalcin Imanov, the court rejected the complaint. According to him, the defense petitioned the court to deliver and Tural Mustafayev complainant against Ismaylova about bringing him to suicide. * Khadija Ismayilova is charged under the Article 125 of the Criminal Code (incitement to suicide.) Khadija Ismayilova rejects the accusations, and says that this is due to her professional activities. On January 27 Sabail court extended her arrest for a month and 19 days.
