Deceived investors prepare to protests
Deceived investors of the building company «Gen», the total number of which is 370, are preparing for a new series of protests. At today's press conference at the Media Center group of investors announced that the company has transferred to Elbrus Aliyev, the head of the company, a total of eight million manats.
A few years later, he was arrested for fraud, as he did not fulfill his promises to investors. However, the depositors did not get back their money or apartments. Of the victims, only 23 families received apartments, but not where they were promised; they were given apartments in the village of Masazir, and only after the executive power of Apsheron allocated land.
Farida Alekperova, who represented the victims, said that such fraud would not be possible without the patronage. Not only Elbrus Aliyev is guilty, but also those who create the conditions for this and do not stop illegal activities of fraudsters. Despite the numerous trials, the problem has not been solved, and the investors are preparing for the next trial, which is scheduled for August 22.
The investors are going to start mass action protest. -05C-

The court ordered the property be returned to its rightful owner, Samaya Aliyeva. However, the Ministry of Justice intervened, citing a presidential decree from July 1, 2004, which approved a state program for improving the living and working conditions of refugees.
