Defense Ministry: Armenian Side Uses Shells Prohibited by Convention
The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said about the use of shells banned by international conventions by the Armenian armed forces against civilians. This is stated in the official report of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
According to the same source, as a result of the night shelling an electrical substation in Terter was damaged by artillery. As a result, 11 villages of the Terter region of Azerbaijan left without light.
In addition, the shells hit eight private houses in the district, said a source in the administration of Terter.
Currently, the substation is being repaired, and by mid-day the electricity supply will be resumed. -06D-
