Over the past day the Armenian armed forces violated ceasefire in different directions the front line 50 times, the press service of the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan reported.
An Armenian reconnaissance commando team attempted to go through the contact line in the south -west direction ( Khojavend ) .
In retaliation , the enemy was forced to retreat after suffering losses.
At the same time the enemy was shelling Azerbaijani positions from the villages of Chinari and Mosesgeh in Armenia's Berd region. They shelled the villages of Agdam and Kohanabi in Tovuz .
Besides, the enemy was heavy shelling Azerbaijani positions in Fizuli, Agdam , Tartar , Khojavend and Geranboy.
Meanwhile, the OSCE is planning a Jan. 23 regular monitoring on the contact line in Fizuli - north of the road Goradiz - Fizuli. -16D06-
