Baku / 24.04.17 / Turan: Residents of Yevlakh Mushfig Niyazguliyev and Ramin Jafarov were detained by the border service of Azerbaijan when they tried to import 1 kg 250 grams of heroin and 950 g of marijuana into the country.
They were detained at the Bilasuvar border crossing point at the entrance to Azerbaijan from Iran.
The Border Guard Service reports that when drugs were detected on these people, they tried to flee, and during the detention Jafarov injured himself with a knife. After detention, he was given the necessary medical help, and there is no life threat.
What caused this behavior of the detainee, the Border Service does not report. An investigation is under way. -05D-
