Presentation of the project on women's problems was held at the Hotel Marriott-Absheron today.
The project aims to increase the participation of women living in the villages of Azerbaijan in socio- economic and political life, as well as their activity in decision-making.
The project is implemented by the Fund to Promote Entrepreneurship in conjunction with Adenauer Foundation and the EU.
Adenauer Foundation's Regional Director for the South Caucasus Janan Atligan spoke about the goals of the project, the ways of activity and the expected results.
Participants of the event spoke about the participation of women in social, economic and other spheres. In particular, they noted a serious need to involve women in public life and participation in important decisions. -05C04-
