Fee for Publishing Services in Azerbaijan Publishing House Increased 20%
On March 1, the country's largest publishing house Azerbaijan announced 20% increase in the price of publishing services, the deputy director of the publishing house Basti Ismayilova told Turan.
According to her, the reason is that the printing materials purchased abroad, rose by 35-40%.
In this regard, the editors located in the publishing house have been sent warning letters, she said.
The first deputy editor of one of the large-circulation newspapers, Azadlig, Rahim Hajiyev sees a way out in the increase in the cost of the newspaper.
"In recent years, the position of the newspaper was extremely difficult because of the lack of advertising and refusal of the press distributor company Gasid to pay our money.
Therefore, the problems arising from the devaluation of the manat further worsen the situation," said Hajiyev. -03B04-
