Former Head of "Texnikabank" is released from prison
Former Chairman of the Board of "Texnikabank", Etibar Aliyev, was released from prison today, according to the human rights defender, Elchin Behbudov.
According to him, he is not aware of the legal side of things, that is, it is not clear whether he was released pending trial, or a criminal case against him was closed.
Etibar Aliyev was arrested on March 9 this year, and is held in the detention in the National Security Ministry. He was charged with large-scale financial fraud. -05В-
