The Anti -Corruption Department under Prosecutor General found evidence of large misappropriation of funds by officials of the Ltd. "Athena" - fake contracts for the sale of apartments.
According to the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office, deputy director of the company, Guvvatali Suleymanov, in conspiracy with Rauf Khalilov misappropriated 429,000 manat , on the pretext of selling apartments in a newly built house in the Yasamal.
A lawsuit was filed under the Article 178.3.2 ( embezzlement on a large scale by fraud ) , 313 (forgery), and 320.1 (falsification of official documents.) These persons were arrested. The investigation is ongoing. -03D06-
