Friend of Monte Melkonian comes to Baku to insult Azerbaijan
Yerevan/21.11.12/Turan-ArmInfo: Leader of "Heritage" party Raffi Hovannisian will participate in the seventh session of the General Assembly of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP), which will be held 22-23 November in Baku. Hovannisyan informed about it on November 21 at a press conference in Yerevan.
According to him, the party was invited in September, but did not take it because of the "Safarov case" as it is suggested that a country that glorifies the cowardly murderer, is not worthy of attention by the international community. "Now, however, there is the possibility of issuing a public report, at which I will be able to provide all the face of the country which I am going to visit," said Hovannisyan. However, he noted that the organizers of this meeting, and Azerbaijani authorities to ensure his safety.
Note that Raffi Hovannisian is the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and he was one of those invited at the time the notorious terrorist Monte Melkonian to the war in Karabakh. The corresponding video on this is in Youtube.
