On the night of November 30 in Jail No 11 a skirmish took place. The shooting with automatic guns lasted several minutes. This was reported to Turan by residents of nearby houses.
Attempts to find out the details were to no avail. Thus, the spokesperson of the Prison Service said that there was no exchange of fire. The same news was said by the press service of the Interior Ministry and the duty of the Binagadi Police.
However, numerous witnesses from the local population state categorically that the shooting did take place.
Note that Jail No 11 has a strict regime. In 2005, the inmates staged a riot and a group of prisoners climbed onto the roof and required to meet their demands. -02B-
