he term for bringing to administrative responsibility is extended to 4 months
Baku/07.10.22/Turan: In Azerbaijan, the period for bringing to administrative responsibility is extended from 3 to 4 months.
The corresponding draft amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses were discussed on October 7 at a meeting of the parliamentary committee on legal policy and state building issues.
The amendments are proposed in order to improve issues related to administrative responsibility and payment of administrative fines.
According to the draft, in a number of cases, a 3-month period is not enough to file complaints against the relevant protocols, decisions and their consideration. After this period, it is impossible to bring the perpetrators to administrative responsibility. In this regard, it is proposed to increase the term of administrative responsibility from 3 to 4 months. --0--
