Head of a Agroleasing Branch Arrested
Head of the Imishli branch of Agroleasing Razi Talybzadeh is a suspect in the case of offenses. The case is in the Anti -Corruption Department under Prosecutor General's Office.
According to the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office, Talybzadeh is suspected of stealing 9,569 tons of mineral fertilizer at a value of 835.5 thousand manats, stored in a warehouse at the branch and sold throughout 2009-2013. He is charged with Article 179.3.2 of the Criminal Code (embezzlement). The court sanctioned the arrest of Talybzadeh. -16D04-
