Head of Association of Muslim Businessmen of Russia Visits Baku
The head of the Association of Muslim Businessmen (AMB) Marat Kabayev visited Baku last week and met with representatives of the Tatar Diaspora.
According to inCity.az, the meeting was held in the mosque Ajdar Bey in Baku, where Marat Kabayev (father of the gymnast Alina Kabayeva) took part in the Friday prayers. The meeting was held at the invitation of the coach of the football club AZAL Tarlan Akhmedov.
The meeting was attended by the first deputy head of the Caucasus Muslims Office, Mufti Salman Musayev, the chairman of the Public Association Tatarstan Abas Minyashev, and other members of the Association.
Marat Kabayev welcomed the audience, noting that he was pleased to see representatives of the Tatar Diaspora in the mosque, where they have historically made public and collective prayers.
He also expressed readiness to provide support from AMB of the Russian Federation and to strengthen bilateral cooperation.
Deputy Chairman of the association Tatarstan Emin Ramazanov noted the important role that could be played by the Muslim businessmen in the development of Islamic business and investment. -02D-
