Headof “Təbib” on upcoming COVID-19 vaccination
Baku/23.09.20/Turan: The upcoming vaccination against COVID-19 will be voluntary, at the first stage; vaccination will affect 20% of the population of Azerbaijan. The head of the Association for the Management of Medical Territorial Subdivisions (TƏBIB) Ramin Bayramli said this at a meeting of the Council of the Public Fund for Combating Coronavirus.
According to him, first, vaccination will affect people from the risk group - medical workers, law enforcement officers in contact with the population, people suffering from serious diseases: diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases, renal failure, etc.
It should be reminded that Azerbaijan plans to purchase a vaccine approved by WHO, which is currently being tested. -02D-
