Heavy Rain Flooded Village in Neftchala
As a result of heavy rain, which began this morning, completely flooded is the village of Yeni Gyshlak in the Neftchala district. According to the civil society activist Tanriverdi Huseynov, the water level rose in a number of places by 30-40 centimeters. Children, who came to classes at school, are unable to return home.
The disaster also interrupted power supply. Heavy rain continues.
