The heaviest precipitation fell in the mountainous regions of the Greater Caucasus – Ismayilly, Gabala and Oguz.
The water flows caused mudflows that poured from the mountains into the lowlands.
Video footage taken by local residents demonstrate the rampant element, which continues to cause damage to agriculture and property of citizens. Cars suffered the most from hail. -02B-
