At about 20:00 on March 15 on the metro station between the stations "May 28" and "Ganjlik" there was a fire. Smoke covered two stations, as well as cars standing on the platform. The traffic was stopped and the passengers on the trains were forced to leave them.
Strong smoke caused sickness and easy poisoning of several people, said the correspondent of Turan, who was among passengers.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, on this section of the underground actually there was ignition, which was eliminated.
Ambulance cars arrived to the station "28 May", several people were helped on the spot. The Baku Metro has not yet issued an official statement.=0-
