On 29 December in Baku the building of the ASAN State Agency for services to citizens and social innovation, and the first center of the kind. The ceremony was attended by the head of state Ilham Aliyev.
The ASAN Service Center will provide 23 legal services by 9 state agencies - the Ministries of Justice, Interior, and Taxes, the State Committee for Property Affairs, the State Customs Committee, the State Migration Service, the State Committee for Land and Cartography, the State Social Protection Fund and the National Archive Department.
Recall that this entity was created in 2012 to facilitate the documents for citizens in state agencies and to prevent bureaucracy, corruption and red tape. -02D-

In the last two days, a "news" story appeared on TikTok about a whale spotted on Baku's seaside boulevard. The most "observant" users posted videos, commenting on the size of the animal. Later, other "witnesses" claimed it wasn't a whale, but a shark. Even later, a version emerged suggesting it was a submarine.
