Ilham Aliyev instructed to solve the problems of the family veteran who committed self-immolation
President Ilham Aliyev instructed the relevant structures to provide the treatment of Zaur Hasanov, disabled of the Karabakh war, who committed self-immolation on December 25, the interview of the state news agency AzerTaj with Ali Hasanov, the head of socio-political department of the Presidential Administration. However, he noted that the judgment of depriving Hasanov from his café cannot be eliminated.
"Not any government body, including the head of the supreme executive power, the president, can not interfere in the affairs of other branches of government, the judiciary, and cancel its decision," said Hasanov.
According to him, Hasanov’s cafe operated on the territory of the sanatorium "Shikh" JSC "Resorts" Confederation of Trade Unions and was illegally demolished by a court decision. "We can not change the decision of the court," said Ali Hasanov.
However, taking into account that Zaur Hasanov is a war veteran and the head of a large family, each state bodies and public organizations, primarily Confederation of Trade Unions, the veteran must provide assistance in solving its social problems, concluded Hasanov. -16D04-
