Protest in Imishli

About a hundred residents of Imishli in the morning on Wednesday came to the executive power of the region, requiring the solution of social problems. Local sources said some of them suffered during floods in 2010, and there also were residents of other settlements of the area.

People demand fair compensation for lost property and the affected homes. They were joined by other citizens who have similar problems, as well as victims of tyranny and corruption of officials of government agencies.

A group of locals entered the highway and blocked traffic.

Attempts to contact the executive area were to no avail. -02B-
