In Yardymly, 21 kilograms of drugs seized from drug courier
Baku/15.03.23/Turan: Yardymly police officers seized from illegal trafficking more than 21 kg of various drugs and psychotropic substances, the press service of the Interior Ministry reported.
A resident of the Yardymly region, Yashar Agayev, was detained as a suspect. In the cache that he organized in the gorge, more than 10 kg of marijuana, about 5 kg. heroin, 2 kg. opium, 4.5 kg of methamphetamine and 200 psychotropic pills were seized.
It is established that Agayev received drugs from a certain foreigner.
A month ago, Yashar Agayev's brother Namik Agayev was also detained by police officers as a drug courier. About 40 kg of various drugs were found in his hiding place in the same Yardymly region. Both have been brought to justice. -0-
