Incident with the flight Baku-Nakhchivan
Additional passenger airline flight Baku-Nakhchivan, which took off from the capital about 17 hours on June 11, before landing in Nakhchivan survived a few anxious minutes.
As reported by relatives of some of the passengers during the flight of the Boeing airline AZAL over Sharur the plane went sharply downward and then sharply up. As a result, several people fell from their chairs and hit each other. According to various estimates, 5 to 10 people were injured.
The cause of the incident is not clear, but according to aviation professionals, most likely, the plane hit an air pocket - an area of thin air.
The state-owned company AZAL did not comment on the matter. ---22B-
