Due to repair work on the Oghuz-Gabala main water pipeline, the water supply schedule for Yasamal, Sabail, Nasimi, Binagadi, Sabunchi, Khazar, Surakhani, Ramana, and Pirallahi districts of Baku has been altered. During the joint operation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State Border Service, Azerbaijani citizens Samit Mammadov and Hidayat Rashidov were detained in the Imishli region. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 134 kg of marijuana enriched with psychotropic substances, as well as heroin, opium and 1,000 methadone tablets were found in their car. During the interrogation, the detainees testified that the drugs were hidden in the Imishli region by an Iranian citizen. Mammadov and Rashidov planned to deliver drugs to the capital for further sale.
