Journalist Nasibov underwent six-hour questioning
Interrogation of the journalist Ilgar Nasibov in the Sadarak regional Prosecutor Office of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR) lasted for six hours.
"They demanded explanation in connection with the recognition of the arrested entrepreneur Nadir Mammadov," Turan was told by the journalist.
This businessman, who was arrested on charges of resisting the authorities, gave testimonies under torture that the conflict with the customs authorities was incited by the journalists Ilgar Nasibov and Elman Abbasov.
"However, I reminded the investigators that the entrepreneur's lawyer, Khalid Bagirov, said yesterday that his client was subjected to regular torture and he made this recognition as a result of violence," said the reporter. This view of the lawyer is in a criminal case.
However, prosecutors refused to admit that such recognition is in the case. According to the journalist, the investigators were questioning Nasibov a long time, always excommunicated and consulting with the Attorney General of Nakhchivan, who specially arrived in Sadarak.
Currently interrogation of the second journalist Elman Abbasov is going on. -02В-
