Karabakh conflict will be discussed at the spring session of PACE
On April 18 the first day of the PACE spring session will discuss the current aggravation in the conflict zone. In the agenda of the session the topic is marked as "The last and tragic escalation of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict." As is expected the Azerbaijani and Armenian delegations will present their version of the causes and consequences of the current exacerbation. The Armenian side is preparing a draft document condemning the actions of Azerbaijan, and wants to present it as aggressor.
At the same time the Armenian side is taking steps to accuse Azerbaijan of war crimes. For this purpose "testimony and evidence" of a violation of the Geneva Conventions on the part of Azerbaijan will be delivered to Strasbourg.
According to Armenian media, the talk is about the findings of forensic experts, witness statements and video. The Azerbaijani side is preparing a response and trumps. -02D-
