"Karabakh"s future opponent in Champions League identified
The drawing for the Champions League football took place in Nyon, Switzerland. The opponent of "Karabakh" club will be the winner of the pair "Hamrun Spartans" (Malta) - "Lincoln (Gibraltar)". These teams will play each other twice in mid-July.
The matches of the 2nd round will be held from 23 to 31 July. "Karabakh" will play the first match away.
The drawing for the Europa League, where Azerbaijan will be represented by Baku club "Zira", took place the day before.
In the first qualifying round "Zira" will meet with Moldovan team "Sheriff" from Tiraspol.
The first matches of the Europa League qualification round will be held on 11 July, and the return matches - on 18 July.
The drawing for the Conference League, where Azerbaijan will be represented by Baku "Sabah" and "Sumgayit", will also take place today. Both clubs will start from the first qualifying round.
