Litigation between the Institute of Democratic Initiative (IDI) and the Ministry of Justice appointed to the May 15
On the a preliminary hearing on the suit of the Institute for Democratic Initiatives (IDN) against the Ministry of Justice to refuse the registration of NGOs took place on the eve in the Baku Administrative Economic Court N1. Hearing were scheduled for May 15, 2014. The cause of suit became the refusal for the third time on the appeal of state registration on IDI. The IDN was established by group of lawyers and activists on November 5, 2013.
