The reasons of warnings on the threat of terrorism, the enforcement of Armenia to implement the agreements, visit of Iranian generals to Yerevan, the rise in the price of sale and rent of summer houses in Baku is in the focus of media attention.

Modern.az, referring to the behind-the-scenes aspects of the US warning on the threat of terror in Azerbaijan, citing experts, noted that it is more related to the presence of armed Armenians in the territory of Azerbaijan and provocations of Armenians on the border between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

Yenisabah.az, in its article on the implementation of agreements between Azerbaijan and Armenia stressed that statements of official Yerevan about the full compliance of the document with Armenia's interests are a contradictory step. The author of the article believes that Azerbaijan will sign a document in which not a single inch of land will be ceded. The experts who commented on the matter think that Armenia has to comply with the agreements, otherwise, it will face new pressures from Azerbaijan.

Sfera.az, devoted its article to the visit of Iranian generals to Yerevan.

Analyzing the visit, the author sees the reason as the tension on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. Commenting on the issue, political analysts noted that over the past 30 years of conflict the relations between Iran and Azerbaijan were not unequivocal, and Iran did not want the conflict to be resolved. In their opinion, the determination of borders with Armenia and the issue of "Zangezur corridor" worries Iran, as Turkey's influence in the region will grow.

Musavat.com  paid attention to the growing demand and prices of summer houses in Baku. The author notes that prices for summer houses increase as the summer season approaches. According to the calculations in April the prices for summer houses grew by 2,27%, and the average price of one square meter was AZN 993.

According to experts, summer house rent prices rose by 14.2%.
