Midfielder of Spanish Granada to Play for National Team of Azerbaijan
A midfielder of the Spanish football club Granada Eddie Israfilov will play for the national team of Azerbaijan. The information can be found on the website of the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA).
22-year-old Israfilov belongs to Murcia and acts for Granada on loan.
The young talented footballer has Azerbaijani roots. His mother is Azerbaijani. The offer to Israfilov to play for Azerbaijan was made by the new head coach of Azerbaijan Robert Prosinecki.
"I will do everything in my power to do well in the national team of Azerbaijan. I have a good relationship with the national team coach Robert Prosinecki. We understand each other well. I will try to justify the trust placed in me by the fans and the head coach. I look forward to the day when I can wear a t-shirt of the team," Israfilov told the website of the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA).
He noted that he had been to Azerbaijan twice before and last at the age of 12.
"Compared with the years, Baku has changed a lot and has become more beautiful. I am very grateful that they took me and my family at a high level," said Israfilov.
It is expected that Israfilov will participate for the national team of Azerbaijan in the test match in Antalya on February 7 (the sparring partner is not yet known). And he is likely to hold his first official match for the national team of Azerbaijan against Malta on March 28.
Recall that the Azerbaijani national team in the qualifying tournament Euro 2016 Group H acts together with the teams in Italy, Croatia, Bulgaria, Norway and Malta, and after four games it is in the last place, earning no points. -06D-

Many, recognizing the futility of resistance, settle for inadequate monetary compensation for their irreplaceable property.
