Mother of arrested resident of Guba said about torture
The arrested villager of Rustov in the Guba district Vafadar Mammadov complains of denial of medical care. Turan was told by the mother of the arrested.
According to her, Vafadar is experiencing severe pain of the head and internal organs, which was the consequence of torture in custody in MNS.
The mother noted that although her son was transferred to the detention center in Khirdalan of the Prison Service, he is not placed in the prison hospital in spite of the severe pain.
She also said about the innocence of her two sons, who were arrested last month.
Recall that on January 8 were arrested the villagers of Rustov in the Guba district Vafanur Mammadov and his brother-in-law (wife's brother) Nizami Najaf.
The next day in Guba was arrested Vafanur’s brother Vafadar Mammadov.
All of them are charged under Article 228.2.1 (illegal possession of weapons and ammunition by a group of persons) of the Criminal Code.
According to local human rights defenders, Nizami Mammadov and Vafanur Najafov are "incriminated" that they are "radical believers." However, their relatives deny this. -06B-
