Musavat Declares Massive Violations of Law during Election
Parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan are accompanied by massive violations of the law. This is stated in the statement of the party Musavat.
Such facts are noted in the 31st Surakhani second district, the 17th Yasamal third district, the 54th Shabran-Siyazan, the 49th Yevlakh-Mingachevir, the 71st Masalli Rural, the 9th Binagadi Second and the 58th Hajigabul - Kurdamir districts.
Most often recorded are cases of removal of observers from polling stations and restrictions on the ability of observers to monitor the ballot boxes.
Ballots before the vote were not counted with the participation of observers.
Where observers in the areas can film a video of the so-called "carousel", they are banished from the precincts. In some areas the ballot boxes have been filled with ballots since the early morning.
This is accompanied by low activity of citizens. -05D-
