New facts of fake COVID-19 passports revealed
Baku/23.08.21/Turan: Facts of issuing fake, prepaid COVID-19 passports have been revealed in a number of medical institutions in Azerbaijan.
In particular, in exchange for remuneration, information about the vaccination of citizens was placed in the electronic registration system "e-TƏBIB" which was provided with fake certificates, according to a Monday joint statement of the Prosecutor General's Office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan.
The inspections found that the nurses of the city hospital No. 29 in the village of Bina, the Khazar region - U. Abbasova, S. Allahverdieva, F. Nakhmatova, computer registrars of the same institution - A. Huseynova, S. Dadashzadeh and an employee of the city polyclinic No. 33, the Sabail region, Elnur Aliyev received 300 manats from citizens in exchange for document on alleged vaccination. At the same time, the names of citizens were included in the list of vaccinated in the electronic registration system "e-TƏBIB".
It should be added similar facts were revealed in the combined municipal hospital No. 7 of the Mashtaga settlement, Sabunchi region and the municipal polyclinic No. 3, Yasamal region. It was established that the nurses of these institutions - S. Makhmudova and A. Bagirova, for 50-100 manats for each dose of the vaccine, entered false information about the vaccination of citizens into the electronic registration system "e-TƏBIB”.
In connection therewith, the Main Department for Organized Crime Control under the Ministry of Internal Affairs is engaged in conducting operational-investigative measures to identify all those involved in illegal actions. - 1606B-
