In accordance with the decree of the head of the Supreme Majlis of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov, State Security Service has been created on the basis of the Ministry of National Security of the Republic. Its head has been appointed Fazil Alekperov, who previously served as the head of the Migration Service. The fate of the former minister of national security Veli Aleskerov, is still unknown. -05D-
