Official newspapers published a decree of Ilham Aliyev on  appointment the  judges  of the Appeal Court.

"Azadlyg" wrote about the proposal of  experts  on  the ways  avoid sanctions of the US Congress against Azerbaijan:  to stop anti-American and anti-European propaganda, to release political prisoners, to eliminate the problems with freedom of speech and the press, and  of free enterprise.

Opposition politicians regard the American bill as a first step to make the authorities start reforms.

To overcome the crisis, experts offer to reduce the number of employees of budgetary organizations and 450,000 people, i.e. by 50%, as well as to conduct large-scale political and economic reforms.

"Express"  presented  the statement by the Speaker of the Milli Majlis Ogtay Asadov, that till the end of the year the  decree on pardon will be signed.

Chairman  of the poultry  company Aydin Veliyev  said the country  is self-sufficient in eggs, and statements about their deficit  is the scam  by dealers.

"Bizim Yol" writes that the central bank this week has lost $748 million dollars due to the expectation of soon  devaluation of the manat.

"Yeni Musavat" writes that after the aggravation of Russian-Turkish relations, Turkey has renewed relations with Israel.

Most experts and politicians believe that the adopted bill  on democracy in Azerbaijan was expected.
