Passenger plane had to land in Astrakhan due to a brawler, who beat the flight attendant
A passenger plane made an emergency landing in the Astrakhan airport because of a brawler en route from the Moscow airport Domodedovo to Gabala, Azerbaijan.
ITAR-TASS referring to the Astrakhan line transport department of the Russian Interior Ministry clarifies that the incident occurred last night. "It has been established that a passenger born in 1963 out of hooliganism unjustly dealt a blow to the face of the stewardess. The hooligan was arrested by the transport police that arrived at the place," the department stated.
Interfax makes it clear that the detainee is a native of Azerbaijan, a Russian citizen.
The fact is checked, and the detainee is examined to find out if he had alcohol intoxication.
According to a source in the administration of the Astrakhan aviation hub, "the delay of the aircraft due to inadequate behavior of the passenger was about seven hours." -0--
