The Chairman of Khatai district branch of the Popular Front Party of Masud Rzaly was arrested for 30 days. According to sources in the party, Rzaly was detained by police near the metro station Gara Garayev without explanation. He was taken to the district court, and only there it became known that the activist is charged with resisting arrest, and was subjected to administrative detention.
