PFPA activists want to be sentenced to 7 years
Baku / 06.06.17 / Turan: The trial in the case of Fuad Ahmadli, member of the youth organization of the People's Front Party, continued in the Baku Serious Crimes Court. At the trial spoke the state prosecutor, who asked to condemn the activist for seven years of imprisonment, appeared.
Ahmadli was arrested in August 2016 and charged that, being the operator of the mobile network Nar, distributed personal data of users.
However, during the trial these allegations did not find confirmation and the recognized investigation by the "injured" persons did not express any claims to the defendant. One of the "victims" - Mohammed Guliyev was wanted by the police on charges of fraud and the testimony of such a person is not credible, said lawyer Asabali Mustafayev. -02D-
