Baku / 19.02.20 / Turan: The Ministry of Internal Affairs Department for Combating Organized Crime has detained a resident of Baku, Eldar Shahgeldiyev. When examining his car, up to 60 seals of various companies, documents, forms and checks were found.
Other members of the group involved in the manufacture of fake documents and their forgery were also detained.
During the investigation, it turned out that earlier Eldar Shahgeldiev was already held accountable for similar acts. The investigation is ongoing, the Interior Ministry said in a statement.

On December 25, an Embraer 190 passenger plane operated by Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC (AZAL), on a Baku–Grozny flight, crashed near the city of Aktau in Kazakhstan. Azerbaijan’s Consul General in Aktau, Ayxan Suleymanlı, stated that the plane had 67 people onboard, including crew members, 38 of whom died. According to him, 26 of the deceased were Azerbaijani citizens.
