The official newspaper Azerbaijan writes about the unique opportunity - phased variant of Karabakh conflict settlement. The author recalls the April clashes that changed the status quo. If the situation does not change, this will lead to new clashes, says the author and refers to President Aliyev's statements at the last meeting of the Cabinet. "The issue should be solved in stages. Territorial integrity of Azerbaijan must be ensured. Creation of a second Armenian state is impossible. Nagorno-Karabakh will never be granted independence. OPEC said that the main volume of oil produced in Azerbaijan falls on the block of fields Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli. "Because of the lack of new projects, in 2017 the oil production in Azerbaijan will be reduced by 40,000 barrels," the report says.
